DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges, however if the product reaches to you damaged, please contact us directly on instagram or email us at beautybeyondpk@gmail.com

CAN I SEND SOMEONE A GIFT DIRECTLY TO THEIR ADDRESS?

Absolutely! You can send a gift directly to your loved ones by paying online and entering in their postal address and other details during checkout. Furthermore you can opt for our “complimentary gift card” option where you can type in a message which will then be handwritten for them and included in the package.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) throughout Pakistan. 
We also accept online payments. 
For large orders, we prefer online bank transfers. Get in touch via Instagram or email (beautybeyondpk@gmail.com) to get bank transfer info.

WHEN WILL MY PARCEL ARRIVE?

Your parcel will reach in 3-10 business days after your order has been confirmed. Shipping times may be delayed during high volume periods such as online sales or holidays. Customers will be notified if shipments are to be delayed longer than 10 business days.
We sometimes take preorders and delivery times will be communicated for such preorders.

ARE THE PRODUCTS ORIGINAL?

Absolutely! We deal only with 100% original products that are bought and imported into the country ourselves. We procure all our products from the developed countries including UK, US, Canada and Australia.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY COST? 

We charge a flat delivery cost of PKR 250 across Pakistan. This is a per order cost, so we recommend customers to order more products at once to save money.
